Identification - All applicants must present a valid government issued photo ID and Show their Social Security card.
Income - All applicants must have a combined verifiable source of income in the amount of no less than three (3X's) times the rental rate. We require two (2) most recent paystubs. If self-employed, three (3) most current years of tax returns.
Rental History - Six (6) months of verifiable satisfactory rental history is required. Less than six (6) months rental history may result in additional documentation, deposits or rejection.
Credit History - All applicants are subject to credit/background checks. Our credit reporting agency evaluates credit and rental history against your payment performance. An unsatisfactory score may result in additional deposits or rejection.
Criminal History - Our background check includes criminal screening. It is possible that an application may be denied due to criminal convictions or charges.
Pets - There is a 50 lb. weight limit and breed restriction and a monthly pet rent (inquire within leasing office).
